Sonja's Story
I’m a retired educator, Reiki Practitioner, and lifelong student of personal transformation.
Following my retirement, a series of profound personal losses—including the death of my mother and the estrangement of my adult son—led me on an unexpected journey through grief, healing, and spiritual awakening. What began as a search for answers ultimately transformed my understanding of suffering, forgiveness, and the human experience. A Kundalini awakening changed my direction.
Today, I volunteer my energy-healing services in hospitals, community centers, and private settings. Drawing on my background, I encourage others to engage in reflective exercises to help navigate loss, cultivate resilience, and discover meaning during life's most challenging transitions. Whether in the classroom, the healing room, or on my blog, I continue to measure success the same way I always have—through warm hugs, encouraging words, and genuine smiles.

The Vision
Sonja believes in creating and sharing experiences that resonate with those suffering from life's disruptors or shaking tremors. Parent/adult-child estrangement is a lifequake she is currently navigating and is turning her pain into passion. Her vision is to inspire and support individuals through spiritual understanding - something she began to acquire from a Kundalini awakening.
